When I “Export selected”, choose pdf, A1, portrait and for example 1:100. It shows perfectly in the preview window what will be on it.
But when I then open the pdf. Its only A3. Stille 1:100 but only a part of the preview window is there.
I tried to reinstall Rhino. But it stille happens. And it has worked before. I really hope that someone has a quick solution for it 
Does this still happen if you use Print instead of Export?

First draw a rectangle in the size (example for A3: 297*420mm) you want around of your objects;
Then check out print option (ctrl+P), set it to rhino PDF, fix size then in view and output scale window click on Window and choose your own rectangle.

Yes it Does . Its very Strange . Like I accidently clicked somewhere for prints only to be A3
