How to slide a perpendicular frame along a curve?

How do you move a perpendicular frame along a curve?

I understand there is Curve > Division > ‘Perp Frames’ however this just divides the curve with perpendicular frames.

Using either a number slider or ‘Point On Curve’ would be a good way to allow you to slide the perpendicular frame along a curve.
