How to set the longitute and latitude for Melbourne, Aus through the Sun Path in Grasshopper

I am wondering what plug ins to use to be able to display the sun path for the timezone, centre point etc.

in Rhino you will find the sun under " Panels".
In Grasshopper Ladybug Tools might help.
