How to remove unwanted points?

Hello,

I’m a novice user of Grasshopper, and I’m developing a foldable structure. I’ve adapted a sequence of components that animate the motion of the chair, but I want to remove the redundant internal branches while maintaining the ‘X’ trusses on the exterior. My first attempt at filtering the points failed. How can I achieve this?

I’d greatly appreciate any help!

After baking, I deleted the internal branches I don’t desire

It’s incorrectly formulated; the system box should be cornered at the intersection of the peg axes and the fold angle is not restrained by the cross profiles, but it’s good enough for a presentation:
