There’s no paint tool in Rhino, so go grab Blender (it’s free and a great piece of software).

It is also possible to paint 3D Models with Procreate for iPad- I really like it because I like to draw withe the Apple Pencil. But you have to export the 3d Model with a set of „neutral UV“ Textures
