How to mesh a plane surface?

  1. The internal points, line and hole are constraints of the mesh
  2. quadrangle mesh is preferred, unless at boundaries, triangular mesh cab be used
  3. How to use dense mesh at internal points, line, hole and near outside boundaries where turning anlge is big.

I tried Remesh, but it doesn’t use internal points and line as constraints of mesh.
