I would have though either using interpolate curve or another simple function would have worked, but when I try this it says “insufficient interpolation points for a curve”. How can I make the curve on this middle section of track? (Points I would like the curve to go through shown in green).

Hi, I think the problem maybe caused by not Flatten the input in the Interpolated Curve . The command is trying to interpolate a curve formed by just one point, that’s the error it is showing to you.

Flatten just low the level of a data tree. I recommend you to look for some videos about that in youtube since it is plenty of good staff to learn about data trees. Example:
