How to get a list of vertex from Brep and geometry

I am totally new to Grasshopper so I am wondering if it is possible to export the mesh to list of vertex and list of faces?

you can right click Stream Contents

There are a few plugins to assist excel output/input formatting as well.

May I know what plugin you uses in this diagram?

And what plugins that support excel I/O

Those are native grasshopper components.

Lunchbox is what i use.

There are no plugins there. They are native Gh components, the names of each are written over the components.
