How to Draw a Ellipse Inside a Parallelogram?

Using Rhino v4

In v4 I’m having trouble constructing a ellipse inside a parallelogram having it tangent to all 4 sides at the center of all four sides.

Help please. Thanks

You could make one squared up and then Shear it.
