How to cut the curve with curve and make polygon set themself into individual shapes?

Hello.
I would like to ask how to cut the curve with the curves and make polygon set themselves into individual shapes?
I tried someone’s Voronoi on the irregular surface. However not clear on how to make the boundary of original irregular shape to make them together to form individual shapes…
Anybody know how may I be able to separate them into individual pieces?

Instead of using Voronoi 3D,it would be much more easier to useVoronoi + Region Intersection
