not sure what to look for here so i made a post is there any settings that will make this pointer crosshair thing more pronounced or larger?
my right eye is not normal post surgery and im having difficulty seeing it
this is also on my 16 inch laptop im not sure the size or matt finish makes it more difficult to see
how my rhino looks like
The answer is not obvious. The size of the Rhino “cross” cursor is based on the Windows cursor size. To change the Windows cursor size in Windows go to Settings > Accesibility
I learned about this from Mouse Pointer Size / Python - #2 by pascal

made the white crosshair bigger but not the pointer, useful but not what i was looking for
will try mixing the background/line colors a bit maybe that will help
doctor said my eyes are like an 80 year old
This is not the solution you’re asking for but just throwing it out there..
You can turn the grid lines off and the cursor won’t get lost in all those lines.

I will try this thanks
I changed the background colors a bit it’s more visible but just testing what suits my eyes better as i go
It could be that the screen is to smal because on the 24 inch monitor it’s more visible

You could try turning on cross hairs in Rhino’s settings.

Hej -
In the WIP, there’s also a new advanced setting to control the size of the crosshairs:
Rhino.Options.Appearance.CrosshairScreenLength
-wim
