Hi,
I was wondering if i could easily change the “roof” from a straight truss to a pointed truss or slanted truss, where i also can change the highest and lowest point of the truss.

Hello. Happy to help, but I think you’re going to have to sketch the types of truss, not sure “pointed truss” or “slanted truss” are known truss types.
Here you can see the pointed roofs with trusses. The ones on the top, named Engelse spanten and Belgische spanten are the ones that I meant. So the ones that are not straight.
I have found the solution. 
Ah good… sorry hadn’t forgotten just work got in the way a bit here!

For what it’s worth, this is probably how I would go about the geometry aspects (not including materials, beam optimisation, etc.). Lots of mirroring!:
