How to change backface color rhino on Mac?

i was trying to change the backface color of my model in mac rhino according to a tut online for windows rhino. does anyone know where is the menu for that in mac rhino ?? That would be very helpful if someone can help me with it~~ thank you ~~

Display modes, I use it only in shaded mode.
