How does Beaver Cross Section work?

I want to make this Beaver Cross Section function for one of my experimental projects, but I still need to figure out how ‘type’ input works. It’s also not easy to find a Beaver tutorial online. Although I already came across the official one from the developer on Youtube, it only helped a little in my case.

Hope to find some clues here and will really appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you for mentioning that. I couldn’t find their email at first, so I just looked for it on the page again and sent them a mail.
