How can I speed up the rhino 7 software?

Hello, I am using a Rhino modeling program. My file size is unnecessarily large and I am having trouble working. When I open the program, it opens very late. Although there are not many layers in the file, I have difficulty moving through it. The program suddenly shuts down. I have a file that is over 1000MB. How can I make this a lightweight file? The purge command was not enough. Please, help me!

I’m not sure but I think the video card is quite small for Rhino 7

OpenGL 4.1 capable video card is recommended.

Should I use the old version for this?

If your file is 1Gb, you probably have many, many objects in there, perhaps some dense meshes, or something else that is making the file size huge. Trying to display all that stuff is probably overloading your weak onboard graphics card…

If you run Audit3dm on your file in Rhino, what does it say?
