How can I remove Table plugin from Rhino-7

How can I remove Table plugin from Rhino-7. Whenever I open rhino, this error message is showing.

Hi - I would check first if it appears in the MS Windows’ list of applications and, if it does, uninstall it from there. If not, I suppose you could just delete the rhp file that you used to install this.

It is not showing in MS windows list. I found this folder file in \AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\packages\7.0
