My first thought was “Why do you need the first set of cutters?” so I skipped them,

I can’t get the second boolean split to work.

The reason why it fails is because you cannot split a continuous loop with any of the cutters into 2 parts. So you will first need to cut this object into two objects by other means, then perform that second boolean split.
