How can I change the test environment of rhino pythonscript to pycharm

How can I change the test environment of rhino pythonscript to pycharm and keep pycharm and rhino interlocked? Because pythonscript is not very easy to use interactively.

Maybe you need to use vscode.
Then search rhinopython
