Heron 0.4.5 - 2026 Topography and Tutorial Resources?

Hi all,

I am very interested in the Heron plugin in using it to extract the topography of an area. It looks like a majority of the tutorials are out of date/files no longer work in Grasshopper

Can someone point me towards any tutorials/resources that are current and will work with the 0.4.5 version of Heron?

My main goal is to be able to extract the topography of a specific location, something like this:
