Heightmap / Z Index from curved surfaces

Hi guys, I’m trying to extract the heightmap data from some curved surfaces.
These surfaces are textured (see image below)

I tried UnrollSRF / Smash / Squish but the output is a completely flat surface losing the textured effect.

Basically the output I like to achieve is a Z Index on a curved surface, is it possible?

This is the ShowZBuffer command directly on the curved surface, as you can see the center is whiter than the edges due to the curvature.

Is Rhino capable or I have to use other softwares?

Hi Julio - you should be able to get something working in Rhino - can you please post a file with that one surface?
