HDD failure... Rhino5 activation failed

Hello everybody!

Rhino 4 + Rhino 5 were installed and activated on a laptop…
But unfortunately, this laptop is broken, and we are not able to open files on his hard disk drive.
On a new laptop, I installed Rhino 4 and 5, but I can’t activate Rhino 5! I’ve got the right serial number, but I can’t remember the email that I put during the first installation on the former laptop (because I didn’t know that it wouldl be so important!)…

Is there a solution to deactivate the former installation on your licensing server? If that, I would be able to activate the new one…
