Hatches & Annotation scale when importing to AutoCAD

Hi Forum,

Please see attached screenshot of the same drawing in Rhino vs. AutoCAD.
Drawing done in Rhino then exported to DWG for a consultant…is there any way to quickly fix the scale of Hatches and some of the annotations?

Rhino-to-AutoCAD inconsistencies are a relevant topic in the forum and in our firm. We are trying to implement 100% Rhino process but these little issues keep us from doing so.

Annotation scale between Rhino and AutoCAD

When saving a Rhino file as a .DWG, I am having problems with the dimension annotations not transferring correctly. I do all of our shop drawings in Rhino, both 2D and 3D stuff. On occasion, we have to submit our drawings to an engineer and they like them in .DWG format. Annotations inconsistencies between Rhino and Autocad

Hi, I am looking for a way to smooth the the transfer of files between Rhino and other applications, specifically Autocad. This generally works well, however, annotations and text seem to always come in between the programs strangely. It seems like there could be a lot of reasons for this, but I’m looking for help in smoothing the transition. Hi ELLS- see if changing the model space scaling setting does anything useful -
