There is one hatch in the file below.

Note that when you select the hatch, in the Properties panel > Hatch tab, the numbers for rotation and scale are active, you can change them. If I select the hatch and use Export to export it to a new file I get the following:
ExportedHatch.3dm (1.8 MB)
In that file, when I select the hatch, the numbers for rotation and scale are “greyed-out”, I cannot select them or input anything there.
If I simply Copy/Paste the hatch into a new blank (cm) file, I get this:
Copy-PastedHatch.3dm (1.8 MB)
The scale/rotate properties are editable.
Note that this happens with any hatch I export, not just this particular hatch pattern.
Running a daily (7.6.21081.5001, 2021-03-22) - is this just broken in this version?
