Hardware question on VC and system memory

I may be forced to buy a new laptop. (Windows) My probable model is available with two versions. One with:
nVidia GeForce RTX 4060 (8GB GDDR6) and 16GB DDR5 at 4800MHz

and the other with:
nVidia GeForce RTX 4070 (8GB GDDR6) and 32GB DDR5 at 4800MHz

The price difference is $200. Would Rhino performance benefit from the additional spec, or would it be invisible? The 4070 is supposedly 30% faster than the 4060.

personally I’d go with the bigger card for $200

Double the RAM is also very good to have.
