Gumball Scale handle can no longer be relocated with Ctrl

It currently does not work as expected and I’m happy if this Ctrl option to relocatee the scale handles can be turned on asap again. It is essential.

Also please add an option in the preferences to turn off the messages…

We have that one on the list as RH-74452 Relocating the Gumball with Ctrl/Cmd has been broken

I’ve added RH-74548 Gumball: Setting for tooltip display
