Rhino 8 gumball scale handle reposition

Hi,

Back in R7 I used to hold ctrl to snap the scale handle on the gumball to points I wanted to scale to and adjust from there. It seems that R8 has changed that? Does anyone know how to activate that functionality of the gumball or is there an alternative key there?
