I have this issue in the current 9 WIP where the gumball jumps to the mouse pointer after a relocate along an arrow with a numerical entry. It works fine in the latest Rhino 8. ▶ System Info Rhino 9 WIP: Rhino 8: @Joshua_Kennedy something for you?

Yes, this is for me and I can reproduce it. I opened RH-91625 to get it sorted.
