Grid on complex surface

Hello everybody,
I am trying to build this Dome. The problem I have, is that I need to put some kind of grid on it to construct the steel beams supporting it. The beams should follow the ten lines that lead from the outer points to the center. Additionally i need more lines (and more supporting beams) in between.

Anyone got any tips for me (I havent worked too much with Rhino)?
Also I should mention, I can use Grasshopper and Paneling Tools.

Maybe a radial grid, could work with primary grid lines for the main steels and and an secondary grid lines for the supporting structure, Offsets can be used to define grid lines in the other direction.
