Grasshopper weave vector distance

Hi all,

I am struggling to make a uniform weave pattern
it seems that the vectors are rotating with the curves …

I want to make a uniform weave pattern like the second picture
I think some adjustments should be made in the blue circle at the last picture
anyone have some ideas?
