Grasshopper, to excel

Hi everybody!
I want to make excel data from rhino model.

Here is my grid, that have surface on some part, And I want to get data that
surface part is 1 and empty part is 0.
And I want to sort the data like this

I will be glad of any help, Thank you in advance!!!

This will return a set of boolean values in the order of the original grid.
