Grasshopper - Struggling with Filleting Enclosed Planar Curves

I am a Rhino user of over a decade, and have recently come to realize how powerful Grasshopper can be for some of my repetitive tasks. I have dug through the forums, badgered ChatGPT and am still coming up short. I have multiple enclosed shapes that I need to add fillets to. It seems that just the fillet tool is creating the fillets but not trimming as well. I wish Grasshopper had a “FilletCornerns” tool like Rhino. I am at an impasse on this and any help would be much appreciated.

This is what ChatGPT was trying to get me to do.

Post a .gh file with the geometry internalized.

Thanks for your quick response! Here is the .gh and .3dm files.

FOAM DECKING - FAUX TEAK_GRASSHOPPER SCRIPT_REV-A.3dm (51.8 KB)
FOAM DECKING - FAUX TEAK_GRASSHOPPER SCRIPT_REV-A.gh (5.6 KB)

It’s working just fine.
Filleting Enclosed Planar Curves_vr_01.gh (7.4 KB)

I may be confused, but I was hoping for the corners to be trimmed off like if I used the FilletCorner command in Rhino. After this step there are some offsets that I need to do with the radii included. Thanks

They are trimmed off.

Open just the Grasshopper file above in a blank document.

I am so dumb. Thank you!

It’s fine. You are a noobie. Middle (scroll-button) click the Fillet component and from the context menu choose the fried egg icon. This will “bake” the geometry to Rhino so that you can work with it there.
