it looks like the left side of the non-glass panels is fixed and only the right side changes:
mine is for sure a very bad sketch… but assuming a coordinate system like the one in the following, it looks like the most external edge of each panel has the very same Y coordinate (marked a few, visible everywhere) so they don’t all share the same size
apart from beauty, “relevant reasons” might be there to justify why the facade panels have a particular opening range, for instance sunlight
Hi Ryan,
Is Rhino.Inside.Revit an option? I’ve started an example of something similar.
Hi Japhy! Would you be able to post your script? I am unable to see your full screenshot. I am interested in setting up something similar using rhino. I am trying to allow for the sawtooth to have 3 specific angles and then would like to use some sort of point attractor that allows the angles to get wider the further away it is from the point. Thank you for your help in advance!
Here it is, its a Revit Example RhinoInside Revit Facade: Flex Curtain Panel
If you are looking for a pure Rhino/GH solution there are a number of them on the forum.
Your image looks interesting but it’s difficult to see the algorithm behind it, perhaps because the faces don’t look consistent? Is that because of an attractor point?
I don’t see why Rhino.Inside.Revit is required?

This has no attractor or “3 specific angles” but it sorta works?
Thank you Joseph! I am semi new to grasshopper and this was super helpful to see how you worked it out.
Thank you! I was searching around a bit. Are there any keywords you recommend using in my search?
Hi Sara,
Understandably its difficult to search the forum for ‘windows’, due to the OS.
Perhaps these search syntaxes will help… Searching for content effectively - Using Discourse - Discourse Meta
Louvers definitions are going to be similar to what i think you are trying to achieve.
Can you provide more specifics on what you are trying to accomplish?
