No. The abrupt change in your curves looks problematic to me.
Playing with the code, I can see spirals like these.
Partition size = 13:
Partition size = 21:
Partition size = 34:
Partition size = 55:
Why these partition sizes? Off hand, I have no idea. There might be others and this code is by no means the only way to achieve your pattern of circles.
