Total newbie, and I’m sure ya’ll are gonna get sick of me. Any help here, greatly appreciate it.

Have you unblocked those plug-in files?

  1. Right-click on file in windows explorer and pick Properties
  2. Check Unblock in properties dialog box (if the Unblock check box is not visible, the file is not blocked)
  3. Click ok
