I am having some issues lately whenever I have to open Grasshopper 
How do I solve this?

It seems your acceleration.dll cannot be loaded.
Did you try and locate the file in the plug-in folder, right click on it and look if it might be blocked by windows?
you can locate the plug-in folder with the GrasshopperFolders command in rhino.
Yeah, the issue was that one. I installed a bunch of plug ins at once and did it not in the proper manner.
