Grasshopper components not working after rhino update

I get this error message when opening grasshopper after installing the newest version of rhino 8:

Couldnt find any information anywhere about this anywhere. Does someone know how to fix this? Or how to revert to a previous version of rhino 8?

That says that you are running 8.14 but need to be running 8.15.

When i check the rhino version it says i am using the version 8.15.24013.13001.

But then from what i understand is i am using version 8.14 on grasshopper. Is there a way to update the grasshopper plugin so that it is 8.15? (if i understood the problem properly)

Hi Nicholas -

That shouldn’t be possible. I’d try a “Repair” of the Rhino installation from the Windows Control Panel.

I reinstalled the latest update and it is working again. Thank you for the reply. Not entirely sure what happened in the latest update.

I know I’m reviving an old thread, but this just happened to me too, at a later release, after updating earlier today. Just for future reference, if anyone experiences this issue, make sure you have rebooted windows after the update. Chances are that it’ll work fine after rebooting your system.
