My guess is, you can use flip matrix on the points.
Without the gh file, I can say or test much more.

You can do something like this in Rhino 8. Does this help?

It seems the solution! But also is it possible in Rhino 7 as well?

Not with native Rhino/Grasshopper components. There may be other 3rd party plugins that can generate leaders, but I’m not aware of which ones that might be. The example I showed above has components that are only available in Rhino 8.
