Generate Mesh in rhino

Hi

I want create a mesh for a structure with a complex design in rhinoceros using some plug-in. The goal is export it to Abaqus to do a structural analysis and a computacional fluids dynamics (CFD)
What plug-in do you recommend to generate the mesh?

That probably depends on the shape do you need to make.
Can you show a sketch, or an image, or describe it?

Can you use the default Rhino meshing capability (i.e. the Mesh command)?
