I’m using Active View to create annotations. I’m having trouble forcing the node to update when I switch views in Revit. (It remembers the previous view unless certain other things in the script are recalculated.)
I’ll add a feature request for that component to update on change. At the moment it requires a refresh of the GH canvas or a new component placed.
Ok, thanks for looking into it. Maybe I can make a UI button that uses Metahopper Instantiate Object or something like that.
I added the feature request, but I do know people do like this feature so that the definition doesn’t fire immediately when switching views / documents. So perhaps an option of how it refreshs would be optimal.
