FilletSrf bad object

If I try and FilletSrf the attached with a radius of 0.5", Extend=no, Trim=no, V6 gives me a bad object, where V5 does not.

Hi Sam,

The surface looks pretty bad in v5. It might be better that v6 lets you know. I will take a look and see if I can make the result better.
