Fillets & Chamfers - How to do them properly!

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for this small problem.

Fillets and chamfers. How to do them right!

So far my skill in rhino only allows me to do the most simple of models and I have not cracked how to properly execute fillets. In this current practice model on the right is how I have created it.

It is mainly towards the corners where it does not match and I would like to know how to solve this and the method so I can solve any type of fillet/chamfer.

many thanks for all the help!

Looking at the density of your (flat) surface you need lot more than a simple answer here

It looks like you are trying to fillet one edge at a time. You should select all of them during a single call to FilletEdge. If you are selecting all of them, then you’ve found a bug and we would like to see the 3dm file so we can fix it.
