Filletedge the object failure

Hi,

Any idea why I can not filletedge the object? How can I solve it?

the edges are not tangent at (x)
and the angle of 1.5 degree is close to document tolerance.
use _gcon to meassure

Command: GCon
Curve end difference = 0.007 millimeters 
The radius of curvature difference cannot be calculated.
Tangent difference in degrees = 1.549
Curve ends are out of tolerance.

redraw it
the box - precise:
_length and _radius to figure out dimensions
_box - with input of dimensions for precision
the box quick and dirty
_boundingbox
the fillets
_filletEdge R9.250
_filletEdge R1
