Fillet incorrect: it's a bug?

In this object to the fillet it is really complicated! We must lower the tolerance, and the edge of the red fillet can not be executed properly. It will be a bug?

The object has edge tolerances larger than the (large) file tolerance. Edges are no where near the surface… not much chance of working, I would say - much better to build the object cleanly before attempting to fillet.

Thanks Pascal, but I tried with different tolerances. The fillet has already been executed, for example, only works in 0.1, if I decrease does not work anymore.
