File explorer not displaying full BIM360FileLockerForRhino features

I have installed BIM360FileLockerForRhino from the package manager, I have tested it and it does connects with BIM360 I confirmed from the platform.

What I am not managing to make work is to get the features in the FileExplorer, I can not see the versioning, the file status, locked by, and other key features.

The Desktop Connector Version is 16.5 and I am using the beta version of BIMLocker . I tried to make it work with the version 1 of the plugin but I did not get any connection to BIM360 with that one.

Has anyone faced this same issue? I already sent an email to mcneel, but haven’t heard from them since.

Thank you.

@Francisco_Ortiz Right click on the column headers inside explorer and add the lock status and locked by columns:

Perhaps I should have been more specific, the screen shots were taken after enabling those parameters.

Seems that I can’t make the information regarding those fields to be reflected in the Explorer. But the connection to BIM 360 is definitely there.

Okay. Somehow my bim360 account doesn’t work right now so I can’t verify this. Would you mind logging into your online account and see if the browser app shows the file as locked or not? This will help me verify if the locking is actually happening

The lock status in the explorer is synchronized by Autodesk Desktop Connector so it’s really not related to the BIM360FileLockerForRhino plugin.

In BIM360 connection is actually happening. Only in the file explorer I am not getting any information about the BIM260FileLockerForRhino plugin.

@Francisco_Ortiz I’m not sure if I am following. So do you see the “lock” happening on the BIM360 cloud application?

This is the status of the BIM 360, while the file open, you can see the command line showing that the file is locked, and I can see the versions, and other information that is not reflected in the file explorer.

Okay but I don’t see the “Lock” column on the cloud application screenshot. Is there an option to add that column so we can see if the cloud application shows the file as being locked?
