Is not important but this is an old wish: To have a thickness option close to colour for the Naked Edges inside the Edge Análisis window panel. This will help to visualize small holes.
SOLUTION:
To solve this is possible to create a custom display mode. Copy Shader or Render and in Object Surface you can modify the edge thickness as shown in this screenshot.
