Extrude line along y,z axis

Hi there, a bit tricky questions, I am trying to extrude curve outward. I manged to do it in different software, now I would like to know how to do it in Rhino. test curve.3dm (62.7 KB)

Helllo - try Ribbon, but this is a nasty curve, I’m not sure the result will be very clean - do you happen to have an example of the output you like from this sort f curve?

I would Split the main curve in some pices, then Extrude or Sweep in each direction
