Extrude curve along curve. Create a 
change in direction of a tube. Seems simple, but I get a flat center section. The circle isn’t staying perpendicular to my ‘S’ curve.
that’s how the command works, if you want the cross section perpendicular to the S curve, you have to use Sweep1
