Exploring interaction between routes-through and dwell zones

I want to create a grasshopper file to look at how various potential routes-through and dwell zones interact for an area of public space.

I started looking at this using the sketch command and offsetting one of the potential dwell zones (in yellow), then I realised there must be a way to use grasshopper so that the routes through and dwell zones will interact with/ influence each other parametrically.

Any tips appreciated. I’ve barely scratched the surface with grasshopper so don’t have much of an idea where to start.
