Could someone please point me at an explanation of licensing requirements/setup for Rhino Inside?
Does it require licenses? Or does it bill by core-second of usage like Rhino Compute?
To be able to use Rhino Inside you’ll need a Rhino installation with a valid license.
If you have a product that can use Rhino Inside then each user of your product needs to also have a Rhino installation with corresponding license.
This is different from Rhino Compute.
