Embed grasshopper definition in vaElement

Hi @Eugen ,
I recently saw your comment in this topic on embedding the whole grasshopper definition inside the vaElement.

Do you happen to have a small example of this VisualArq feature?

Thank you for the reply, and sorry for disturbance.

Hi @djordje, you can check some of the tutorials available on VisualARQ’s website to learn how these “Grasshopper” styles work. Each example has the corresponding downloadable gh file to test it:

In food4Rhino there are already made VisualARQ objects driven by GH definitions that you can download as .val files (visualarq library files): VA Styles in Food4Rhino

Thank you @fsalla ,
Once the Grasshopper style is created, there is no way to modify its .gh file?
The parameter inputs of that .gh file can be changed, but if I would like to change the .gh file, this requires creating a new Grasshopper style?

@djordje if you do right-click on the created style, in the styles dialog, you can select the option “Edit”, and go through the new style wizard again. There you have the option to reload the same gh file, or select a new one. The changes on the reloaded or new gh file will apply to the existing style.
